Originally Julie starting going to birthday parties as Sparkle Pink Barbie and the first princess she played was Cinderella. Since then Julie played Ariel, Belle, Sleeping Beauty and Kim Possible. At the parties, Julie noticed that the kids really loved the face painters, so she took lessons and began face painting. She has been face painting professionally since 2003.
Julie also has a PhD from FAU, and is a certified Grumbacher instructor of fine art painting. Julie is both an instructor of fine art painting as well as face and body art painting. Julie was crowned Ms. Boca Raton in 2010.
