Kristen is professional artist in the Baltimore, Maryland area. Although she always loved to draw, she did not pursue higher education in fine art but in her second passion, writing. Her artistic skills, although honed with several classes at the College of Southern Maryland, were primarily developed by years of mimicking her favorite artists and practice.

Kristen's adventure into caricaturing began in the summer of 2012, when she accepted a part-time job at the National Aquarium. What was supposed to be just a low-stress way to supplement her day job reignited a passion from drawing that had been dormant for over ten years. Since 2012, she has done numerous local fairs and festivals, and has begun advertising for private parties and corporate events.

  • Traditional Caricatures:
    • B & W Heads Only: 10-12 people per hour
    • B&W Body / Gag: 6-8 people per hour
    • Color Heads Only: 8-10 people per hour
    • Color Body / Gag: 5-7 people per hour

    Rates

    • $130/hour, with a 2 hour minimum.*
