Penny S - California Face Painters

As a professional artist, Penny paints pet portraits. As a party artist and entertainer, she paints faces and arms. She loves to paint and decorate anything. When she was a tole painter, her friends used to say, "Don't stand still too long or Penny will paint you." Now it's finally come true! She loves to dress up in costume, so if you have a request, please tell us.

There is an extra charge for special costuming. She paints with only high quality, cosmetic-grade face painting supplies - hypoallergenic and FDA approved for use on children ages 3 and up, which can be easily removed with soap and water. she cleans her paints regularly, using new clean makeup sponges for each child, and disposable tools for painting lips. Brushes are sanitized continuously to avoid spreading germs. And always remember, face painting is an art, and it's fun!!!
