Shelby graduated from Longwood University with a Bachelors in Fine Art; she also graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School with a Masters in Art Therapy and Counseling. She has an extensive art background and has been providing her services for about 10 years now! She is skilled in face painting, balloon sculpting, and henna. Being a therapist, face painting allows Shelby to bring personal joy into her work, while also creating happy memories for people!
